How do I sign up for your Newsletter?

We will occasionally notify customers of new product releases. Your can sign up for our newsletter and product drops here. One you subscribe, you will receive your One-Time 15% off coupon code to use. Coupon is good for Patches.


Where is my package?

Packages typically take 3-5 business days to fulfill. Once fulfilled and your label printed, you will receive an email from PayPal with subject: “Your package has shipped” that contains tracking information for your package. Please save a screen shot this email for your records. USPS can take 5-7 days to deliver packages once they have been dropped off. 


When is ________ going to be back in stock? 

All patches are limited run. That means, once we’re out, we’re out. There may be opportunities in the future, but we do not guarantee any re-releases. 


I DM’ed you about my order and never heard back! 

Unfortunately we don’t take order inquiries via DM since it is a very informal way to communicate and extremely hard to keep track of. Instagram does not allow very sophisticated filtering and searching for DMs making it near impossible to track your inquiry. Please email using the contact form on the website or “Email” button on our Instagram page. Please provide us with your Order Number, name and shipping address. We will get back to you in the next 2-3 business days. 


I never got tracking information! 

PayPal automatically sends you shipping notifications and tracking information the moment your label prints. Tracking information in this email will take your directly to the USPS website for tracking information. 


I don’t have a PAYPAL account! What do I do?

You don’t need a PayPal account to make purchases on our site. We use PayPal as a payment processor only. This means, we take all major credit and debit cards regardless of whether or not you have a Paypal account. Simply check out as a guest and enter your payment information to proceed. 


Can I use more than one coupon per transaction?

Unfortunately we do not allow stacking of coupons. Only one promotion can be used per transaction.


What is your return policy/warranty?

All sales are final. With that being said, if you have an issue with an item or with shipping, please contact us via the Contact Page and we can work with you to resolve your issue.
